We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, simply contact us at hello@lelianbracelets.com. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label, and a $6 flat return fee will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and energy reasons, crystal bracelets cannot be returned once worn. Items that are damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
