To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Rinse with running water if your bracelet is only made of quartz. For bracelets with wooden beads, keep them away from water to preserve their texture and scent over time.

Take it off when showering, washing dishes, or using strong detergents. Avoid contact with sharp objects. To recharge, you can leave it under sunlight or moonlight, or take it with you to places filled with natural abundance, such as forests or the oceanside.
